Certifications

Your certifications live on your profile, so the dive center you're about to dive with can see what you're qualified for without you digging out a card.

Adding one

From your profile, add a certification and fill in:

• Certification authority — SSI, PADI, SDI/TDI, CMAS and the rest.
• Level — Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue, and so on.
• Certification ID — the number on the card.
• Date — when you were certified.
• Evidence — upload a photo of the card or the certificate.

Opening one shows the agency, the level, your ID and the issue date, with the documents you attached underneath. Tap a document to open it full size.

What's on a certification card

A card photo usually shows your full name, your membership number and sometimes a portrait. It's stored with your certification and shared only where you allow it — see Privacy.
