Working on several activities

Some jobs are the same gesture repeated: a diver staying a week and doing six dives, or assigning the same guide to every departure this weekend. The portal lets you do these in one go instead of one by one.

Book divers across many activities

Select the activities and the divers, and book them all at once. It's the case of a guest who's with you for five days — two boat dives and four night dives — without twelve identical clicks.

The result is reported per pair, because each activity has its own capacity: if one departure is full, the rest still go through, and you get told exactly which couldn't fit.

Assign staff across many activities

Use Select on the Plans & Bookings page to enter selection mode, tick the activities you want, and then apply the bulk action.
