Closing your account
The danger zone lives at the bottom of Settings → Company. It's where irreversible account actions live, kept separate on purpose so nothing here is a slip of the mouse.
Deleting the account
Closing the account removes your data — centers, offerings, activities, clients and photos — and can only be done by the owner. It cascades: the whole account goes, not just your login.
Before you close
- This can't be undone. Export anything you want to keep first — for example your offerings.
- If you only want to step back, consider unpublishing your centers instead (see Verification and publishing) — that hides them without deleting anything.
- Handing the business to someone else? Use Transfer ownership rather than closing.
Irreversible
There's no undo and no recovery once the account is deleted. Be certain.
