How it works

The portal gives you a QR code / link a diver can open without any Blue Trails account. They fill in their details and their medical declaration, and it lands straight on a client record in your book.

When to use it

• Print the QR and put it at reception or on the boat briefing sheet.
• Send the link ahead of a course so paperwork is done before day one.
• Hand a phone to a walk-in to fill their own form while you prep gear.

What you get

A client record with the diver's details and a completed medical form, ready to book — no double entry, and the health answers came straight from the diver, which is exactly where a declaration should come from.
