Verification and publishing
Two separate things decide whether divers can see your center in the app: whether the center is published, and whether your account is verified.
Publishing
Publishing is your switch. On the center's Overview, Publish makes it public; Unpublish pulls it back to a draft only you can see. Use unpublish whenever you're doing major edits and don't want a half-finished listing live.
Verification
Blue Trails reviews new accounts before their published centers become visible in the app. While that review is pending you'll see a Waiting for Approval badge around the portal — on Settings, on the Overview and in the header.
This is normal and doesn't block your setup: you can build everything out while you wait. What it means is simply that your published center won't appear to divers until the review is done.
The states you'll see
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft / Unpublished | Only you can see it. Still being built. |
| Published + Waiting for Approval | Ready on your side; account review pending. |
| Published + Verified | Live and visible to divers in the app. |
Get the most out of the review
Before you publish, work the Needs attention list on the Overview down to zero — a complete profile with photos and offerings makes for a smoother review.
