Add a client
Use Add Client on the Clients page. Only a first name is required — you can save straight away and complete the rest whenever you like.

What a client record holds
The editor is organised into steps down the side:
- Personal details — name, contact, date of birth (used for the minimum-age rule on some services).
- Diving profile — certification level, agency and logged dives.
- Equipment — sizes (suit, foot) and a rental kit: the gear this diver usually rents, saved once so it carries to their future bookings.
- Emergency contact — who to call, and optional blood type.
- Medical questionnaire — their fitness-to-dive declaration (see The medical form).
- Documents — cards, insurance and the like.
Walk-ins
You don't need the full record to get someone on a boat. When you book a diver in you can add a walk-in with just a name; a client record is created for them that you can complete later.
Sizes and rental kit
Setting a diver's sizes and usual kit once means their gear is pre-filled every time you book them — no re-entering the same wetsuit size trip after trip.
