Rental needs

For each booked diver you can record what gear they need to rent for that activity — so nothing is missing when they arrive and the departure sheet is complete.

Set needs on a booking

Open a diver on the roster and add their rental needs. Each need has a label (e.g. "Full equipment", "Wetsuit 5mm"), and can carry the specific items, a quantity and a short note like a size.

The label is what gets printed, and a need can outlive the rental it came from — so a printed sheet is never left blank because a rental item was renamed.

Two levels: the booking and the client

• On the booking — what this diver needs for this activity.
• On the client's record — their usual kit, saved once. When you set a diver's needs you can choose to apply it to their future bookings, so a regular who always rents the same setup doesn't have to be set up each time.
