What is the Provider Portal

The Blue Trails Provider Portal is where dive centers and independent instructors run the business side of diving: you publish your center to the Blue Trails app, list what you sell, plan your activities, book divers in and keep their paperwork in order — all from one place, on any device.

Think of it as two connected things:

• A public listing. Once your center is verified, it appears in the Blue Trails app that divers use to discover where to dive. Your offerings, facilities and photos are what they see.
• A back office. Behind that listing you get a calendar, a client book, a team with roles, medical forms and departure sheets — the day-to-day tools to actually run trips.

Who it is for

The portal works for two kinds of account, and you choose which one you are when you sign up:

• Independent instructors and guides run a single operation. One center, your schedule, your divers — everything in your pocket.
• Dive centers and companies can manage several centers under one account, invite a team and hand out roles and permissions.

You are not locked in: the difference is mostly about how many centers and people the account can hold. Everything else — offerings, bookings, clients — works the same way.

• Create and publish one or more dive centers.
• List everything you sell — dives, courses, trips, rentals — with prices.
• Turn a weekly schedule into a calendar of activities automatically.
• Book divers onto activities and manage the roster for each departure.
• Keep a client book with certifications, sizes and medical forms.
• Collect medical declarations from divers with a QR code.
• Print a departure sheet for each trip.
• Invite your team and control who can see and do what.
