What's on it

• The activity: title, date, time and assigned staff.
• Every booked diver, with the essentials — certification, and the gear they're renting.
• Room to check people off as they arrive.

Generate it

Open the activity and use the print / sheet action in its panel. The PDF opens ready to print or save.

Why it's useful

It's the bridge between the portal and the dock. The boat crew doesn't need a login or a screen — they get the paper list, know who's coming, who needs a wetsuit and who's certified for what, and can tick people off as they board.
